With around three weeks to go I hope you are all well into your training. I want to see some truly supple walkers in the POP team so remember to stretch!

While y'all are launching into training I am launching myself at the media. You will see, hear or read about me in such media as "The Circle" on Channel Ten (date TBC), assorted radio and The Weekly Review (date TBC but interview and photo shoot in the bag).

We provide education, information, counselling, advocacy and support research to reduce the impact of Parkinson's on the individual, their families and carers.
